Usually cvars work As for skinpack, I'd suggest adding it on servers till next gameday. Even if it stays a bit longer after that it's winter after all As I mentioned before 2 paks one for silent 0.9.0 and other for nq 1.2.9 are ready to be uploaded. It will remove rain and snow for Radar and Railgun. As for other maps it depends on how the maps were built, but typically will not work. EDIT: Fuel Depot does not incorporate active snow fall. It probably wouldn't be on Jay1 or Silent1, HC, or Jay3... but I could see putting them on Jay2, Beginners 2, Fun1 and NQ servers.
