Fps problem

Hey guys 

Have this issue with fps when bought new pc now its jumped from 56 like over 200? Weird.  On my old pc I had ssd drive maybe that's an issue  on this one is mechanical drive will install ssd back just order one.

Thanks for your help.

Specs of new pc

Intel i7-7700 4-Core 3.6GHz (4.2 GHz Max Turbo) | 8GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB 7200RPM HDD | Genuine Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 3GB Dedicated Graphics Card | VR Ready

its jumped from 56 like over 200?

 

 

Pretty sure he means ping, at least that's what he told me last night.  Who would complain about more fps? :D
