After getting this new Acer's Predator monitor, i had first day of usage without any problems, but today i encountered like dimmed left bottom of screen in other words, the brightness seems lower than at the rest of the screen, so i wonder what could i do in order to fix that, if there's even any fixes possible or should i just return it and demand a new one?

Try loosening the screw on the back in that corner slightly, it may be too tight!

Do as chucken said but be careful not to void any warranties in the process.

There are sadly no screws at all, only at the back pannel for power, at the edges it seems like its clipped together, as i couldn't find any screws.

take a picture, but I would hazard a guess that one of the backlight bulbs is not working.

A lot of the newer screens snap together at the bezel and back plastic covering, at the sides of it should be a groove that you can work it apart at. Just be patient, use plastic to pry - NOT metal. Old guitar picks, those disposable gift cards, etc work good. Also do NOT go deep (half an inch or 13mm or deeper is too deep) when entering the sides. Look up some videos on how to separate them, if you run the model number at youtube you can probably find one.

I've done a million laptop screens, but I cant recall the last monitor I did that was snapped together. Mine use LEDs so unless the inverter goes bad I should never have to

If it's new, it's best to simply RMA the monitor. If something else were to go wrong after you fixed this problem yourself, you'd be out of luck getting a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, it's quite easy to see wear on plastic clips, and they'll use that to refuse warranty service.

As for your problem, I'd say you have a shot LED driver.

I did at the end reach the UK Acer support and the tech guy said it was hardware fail of the leds or smth like that, returned it and got new one within 3 days, this one working as it's supposed to.

i misread, thought it was older out of warranty :)

Nah, monitor was brand new, worked first day properly and the second day i had this issue with the dimmed left bottom part of monitor. Considering the price i paid for it, i obviously reached the tech support (which was real pain in the ass to get), but eventually found out about it and simply returned it back, amazon does wonders at cases like that, same day as i submited the return process they already shipped new one and got it within like 2-3 days already, shipped old one back and this one works properly the way it should.
