Hahah lol, thanks for sharing and giving warning on the scores :) Yeah it was funny clip.

We play today against Penguins i hope we use Stalock in the goal. I understand that Bruce feel need of getting Dubnyk find his rythm, but we should also give Stalock games because he played better than Dubnyk. We won last game even that Dubnyk gave two easy goal. Koivu has been beast in own zone. Sometimes when i see that my team make many goals and Koivu get close to goal/points too i start wish more points from him, but then he make great defence play and i remember why i actually love to follow him. Yes in that last goal what NYI made Koivu made marking mistake, but those can happen to all. Its funny to follow difference of Staal and Koivu in they games, Staal attack and try to challange d-mans, when Koivu take defence approach when its better for team, when Staal use offensive approach everytime, Koivu use it only if its necessary like situations where we are behind etc.. If Selke would be given best two-way player Koivu would win, but for Selke you need that 60-70 point in current days. Kunin has made big impression to me, and i will wait little bit and see if i make him room in my team. Also Reilly who i changed to Honka has played very well and finally take that step in his progress. Stewart has been great, daam i love him, he fight (no penaltys in this year) make goals and assists. He have 8 point and 6 goal in first 8 game. Its just so great to see when fourth/third liner get those goals and play himself to bigger role. He has been big key that we got so many points when we suffered injuries. Everytime when i watch him he come bigger and bigger idol to me. He had chance to make Hatrick to empty net couple game ago, what would have been his first then 2013, but he tryed to pass to Ennis, that tell a lot what kind heart this guy have. Always smilying and giving everything in ice even that Bruce dont give him a lot mins, even that he would earn a lot more mins. True team team player.

Wow what a game from Koivu. All say that Crosby is best player in the word, but Koivu made him and whole his line look like AHL player/line and then Koivu made winning goal. He was best player in the ice whole game, many take aways. Was huge win for us.

PS. Also against NYI, Koivu line black out whole Tavares line and Tavares made hatrick just before Wild game and now after Wild game second hatrick and against Wild corsi number was 80-20 to Koivu line. Koivu line was third in points last year, but i believe they are NHL best two-way line.

All teams already played at least ten game and first month is over. Wild started to play a lot better after we got Granny and Nino back. We are still without Parise and Coyle for next two month. Dubny is still strugling, but i dont have any choise than keep him in my fantasy team, both Bäckström and Rämö who i would take instead him play in EU and Saros and Stalocks are back ups and i dont want take any other number one from league. Did take Reilly back to my team and gave Honka away. Dumba has made me mad couple time, against Winnipeg we lost game because  his awfull mishab with puck, but i am still giving him time, sometimes i love him and sometimes i hate him, but i wait that he cut down his mistakes, he is still young D-man and mistakes happen.

I followed Dallas in close eye because Hitschok went there, i waited that he would share game time in goal equally, but no, he has favored Bishop. I think Hitscock has some problems with Finnish goalies, he dont trust them, he favor North-american goalies and heavily, you can see it from his past. First in Philly he favored Esche even that Niittymäki was MVP in the Olympics and played better regular season ending, he chose Esche in the playoffs and he had to pull Esche two time, but didnt give start to Niittymäki and Flyers dropp out in first round. Then in next year he continued favoring Esche and got fired and Niittymäki take over in season what was Flyers worst in they history, eventually Flyers traded Biron from Buffalo. Hitchock also favored Pascal Lecleir in the Columbus but not so heavily, i think Norrena has been only Finnish goalie for Hitchock who he actually gave gaming time. In St. Louis he didnt had Finnish goalie and he shared goalie load very equally between goalies (Elliott, Allen, Miller, Halak). He had also difficulties to trust Halak even that Halak played well, he didnt trust him in long periods, but wanted Elliott to overtake him.

Arizona start for the season has been one of worst in NHL history and now you cleary can see how good job former coach Dave Tippett did in there, even that team was low in the standings and was strugling he got more out from players. Tippett has been known from one of best defensive gaming style coaches and team gave almost three goal per game in last two season, but now when Tochett take over (who is not poor coach either) they give more than four goal per game. Also from Buffalo you can see how good job Bylsma actually did in there, all blamed Bylsma that team was not in the playoffs, but he actually got team play very good defence play if you did look out his roster and d-mans, now team have better d-mans than last year, but it still give almost one goal more than with under Bylsma. Sometimes you just cant blame coaches. Some teams has started little bit poorly, but i wait that Edmonton, Minnesota and New York Rangers will come back and i believe Montreal will be seen in the playoffs too. Vegas started very well, but that can be put a lot on they great coach Gallant who i actually underrated couple year ago. Vegas roster is still not enough good to take playoff spot and they will dropp out. Every player has got big spark in the start of season, because they got new chance and all the players was abondoned from they former teams and now they got boost when they was able to baddle first liner position what they would not have got in they former teams.

I has been happy to see that Scandella playing big minutes in the Buffalo, i was very sad to see him being traded, it actually take me couple week to get over from that trade, he was big favorite player for me, second favorite D-man from our team after Brodin and i was ready to gave all to other away from d-group than him or Brodin. But now i have been very happy to see him playing first d-pair mins, what he would have not got in the Minnesota, because Bruce like Dumba more than Scandy and Scandy is more defesive defender than Dumba who is offensive power and our balance is that Spurgeon, Sutter in first d-line and Dumba and Brodin in second. So in Wild he would have badled against Brodin in gaming time. Also i have been happy to see Hartnell getting over 15 min gaming time again. I so wish that we could have got him, but i am happy that he is getting ice-time again. Jokinen situation worries me, he havent got fair chance in EDM and i hope someone will take him and give him better chance, he is still very good two-way forward. Now i just waiting and hoping someone will take him from EDM and give him mins where he can show that he is still NHL-lvl player. My young players Rantanen, Aho, Nino and Granny started well, but it look like Couturier (17 points in 14 game) is making serious breakthrough. I always know that he can be 60+ point man in the league, he is great two-way player but has been always unlucky with injuries, maybe now he can play healthy and make big mark in the flyears team.

Woah very disappointing lose against Toronto. We was away much better team. We just have huge difficulties to make goals from all the chances what we get (from last three game) and then Dubnyk cant even save beach ball. We was planning to give game against Toronto to Stalock but he had to fly home because his wife was giving birth of they second child. We was better team but lost because unlucky goals in our end and was not able to make goals against maybe worst starter of NHL. I hope we try to get new starter, but we probably are stuck to Dubnyk for this season and if we dropp out from playoffs or early in the playoffs we try to get new goalie. Biggest problem in start of  season has been Dubnyk for sure. You can also blame Bruce for sticking with Dubnyk and not giving more games to Stalock. I hope Bruce will wake up soon and start give games to Stalock or some of other goalies in our roster. Koivu could had easily have three assist but players was not able to cash from his assists, and now he was minus 2. I have Montreal came to watch, i dont know if i watch it today or save it to tomorrow, because i have hard time to get sleep if i go sleep rightway after game. Anyway Koivu is playing well, so i dont let loses hurt too much, was use to this situation with Niittymäki, he was mostly playing in weak teams.

Reason why i love hockey https://www.nhl.com/video/zuckers-go-ahead-goal/t-290985932/c-54672803 comeback win and Koivu great assit to winning goal. I actually spend 10 min for celebrating goal and re-watching it like 15-20 time. Just great. Great baddle from Wild. First Dubnyk rob three game for us making 106 save and 3 shutout and we was able to make only three goal against goalies in those games, rest of goals came in empty net, so you can cleary say he stole three game for us. Against NSH first 35 min was our worst hockey in the season, then we woke up and played our best hockey of the season and was able to win game. So many time in history we lost these kind games, but this time we was able to win, hopefully this boost us. Favorite game of the season for sure.

Let see how long suspension Gudas will get for this

I think it not even close as bad what Keith did couple year ago for Coyle and then penalty was six game
and Keith has history of these kind things too
as Gudas so penalty should not be more than Six game for Gudas.

Btw do you see how Wild players dont go defence Coyle at all, daam it make me mad to watch that video, Wild players are like little b*** and not do anything, no fight nothing, that was Yeo style, i am lucky we have Bruce now, even that i dont like his style to treat veteran players like Knuble, Selänne and now Cullen, but at least in this year we would go and fight.

  • 2 weeks later...

I spend my saturdays with watching hockey and reading NHL site and checking scores from past week. Wild started to get game in the track and Dubnyk his game in track, he did made three shoutout but after that gave 20+ goal in next four start, now he looked better again, but his irregulary is big problem, and i hope we try get goalie in trade deadline. Stalock played well, but Bruce dont trust him enough atm. Parise is closing to game health and he can give us more wide to our group. Our young players was not ready to NHL yet (Eriksson Ek and Kunin) but now they are in AHL and we can test them again later. We miss Scott Stevens a lot, we are up by +1 allowed goal comparated to last year now without Stevens behind bench. I miss Scandy too, but he started well in Buffalo. Reilly played greatly lately. Biggest surprise of the season atm has been Vegas. Let see if they can keep playoff spot. I think not, but we will see. Also its suprising to see NYI so up in the standings when they cleary have goalie problems they allowe 3+ goal per game but are still high in the standings. They probably will dropp down from there and Boston will come to playoff picture with Washington. Toronto started well. Anderssen improved his game a lot and I am happy to see that Komarov get good ice time in there, Uncle Komarov could be team Captain, but his style to lead is so different that its not probably suitable for team like Toronto or North America overall. They next captain probably will be Matthews, because its custom in North America to give captain C to best point man or offensive power than best leader. Wild is point away from playoff spot, but Vancouver probably dropp more and Dallas is question mark, Winnipeg has a lot talent, but it could be too early to grap playoff spot, but i think they do so. So Wild will compite playoff spot with Blues, Dallas and Hawks. Hawks can even dropp out in this year. Those big contracts of Toews and Kane are now paying them a lot wide. Blues started very well, but i think they will go that losing streak what Yeos teams usually go, so they will come to dropp little bit. But they have played better than i waited. Biggest surprise as player has been Dustin Brown. He found his game again and Kings looking a lot better with under (John) Stevens, but its very normal that team get boost from new coach, it happened with San Jose with Depoer couple year ago, NYI with Weight last year, Wild with Torchetti couple year ago and Pittsburght with Stevens. You can see whole picture after couple season gone.

I wait to see when Hakstol get booted from Flyears. Other canditate for kicks are Blashill (DET), and maybe even McLellan from EDM.

so i went to go so my Devils in Phoenix last night! We got absolutely DETROYED by the yotes. We did have two games back to back on the road, and we played our backup tender to save give Schnieder rest for Columbus on Tuesday. Needless to say i thought it would be a win for us given they are tied with Buffalo all the way at the bottom of the bucket.

"yotes" = Arizona Coyotes, I would guess.  :D

Yeah Arizona has been very weak team in this year, you can clearly see now how good job Tippet did in there. Coach choise was questionable too. Let see if they will make some NHL record on how bad team they are in this year. They roster tho is not so bad is as results show. They have one of best d-pairs in the there with Hjalmarsson and Ekman-Larsson and good goalie with Raanta and couple good forward like Stephan, Domi and Keller, but they miss wide from they group big time, I did predict that they roster is worst in the NHL, mainly becasue they miss wide, but as i say they have couple good player too.

Their roster is pretty good on paper. There is also alot of good teams in the western LA, Winnipeg, etc. They lost to the Knights in OT the other night. i wouldn't be surprised if they dig themselves out of the whole and make the wild card.
