webDAV server

So I really have no idea what I'm doing here.  I'm attempting to create a local webDav server in order to publish calendars from Microsoft Outlook.  I can get everything to work on my computer, but cannot connect from any other computer.  Anyone have any experience with this?  I'm new to the whole IIS thing.

Ugh it's a pain in the ass.. I've done it so many times and still don't have a clue how to do it!

Edit

It's an obvious one but have you opened all the ports on your firewalls and routers?

Ports 443 and 80 should cover WebDAV for Outlook purposes.

The two things that come to my mind would be either unopened ports (like Chuck said) or authentication issues.

You might also check to make sure you've actually brought the WebDAV network share online-- that would most certainly explain why you can see the files on the localhost/server but not across the network.

I'll bump this with some more information/a tutorial as soon as I finish pushing some updates (cussing out wsus).
