Well you answered your own question in the last part of your post. This is also what you've been asked to do in the last message of your fourth unban request the 6th of November 2016 (by Platonic): "/denied Try and make a new unban request within a month where you don't put the fault on Tipsy. Additionally, please stop asking for levels on server. We will give them to you once we think you deserve them :)" Hope this answers your question. Edit : here what Von Rantala asked you to do in April 2016, in your third unban request: "So you asking unban based on accusation that you was banned because Yoyo didnt like you, even that true reason is that you was banned several time for disrecpting admins and our rules. Ban stay, you can send new unban request after 3 month and then come clean and tell everything on your past apolgize your actions and we might unban you, if we believe that you really has done change."
