Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 hey all, i need some help to perform my cfg i have some loosing packet when i shoot i chek evrithing but i d'ont see anyhthing somebody can check my cfg and tell me wat can i do to increae my lag. this is my computer profil: CPU: Intel® core i5-6400 cpu @2.70Ghz 2.70Ghz RAM: 8.00Go Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060GB Monitor: 1920*1080 Internet connexion and speed: cable 8Go Game graphics: High What resolution you play with: i never realy choose what is te best for you ? DoubleDragon Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Lag can be various other things besides the cfg plus doesn't look like much is wrong in the cfg other then you have ati settings to auto load for a Nvidia driver these ATI settings can be removed or set blank to "" nothing. try this don't know what mod you are using rename the cfg to test like autoexec1,cfg create a et.exe shortcut or a shortcut of a shortcut and change properties of the target to this on the end +r_customwidth "1920" +r_customheight "1080" +set r_mode "-1" +connect 8.9.4.227 +vid_restart what you are doing is connecting to the server directly and using the default etmain.cfg with autoexec.cfg disabled a work around cvar_restart and mod profile cfg or any other settings being assigned during startup turn lagometer on are you still lagging open console type cg_lagometer 1 seta rate 50000 seta cl_maxpackets 100 Look in console does it say anything wrong or do a condump to a text file if you don't know name the file like /condump filename.txt will be in the mod folder you are editing same place the autoexec.cfg should be not in etmain also note you can modify the cfg any time or make a new one and add it to the shortcut above with +exec nameof.cfg as long as its before vid_restart not a so simple work around but could be wrong all together and your connection is just that a connection issue. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
