last driver for your video card

 Version: 15.22.58.2993

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/it/download/22518/Driver-Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-zip-

driver for your Monitor

last version v 8.5

http://www.driverscape.com/download/acer-al1916w

you have a video card very poor you can not play at high resolutions, my advice is this:

use
  r_mode 6 (1024x768)
r_displayrefresh 75
com_maxfps 76
r_primitives 2
com_hunkmegs 256
com_soundmegs 64
com_zonemegs 64

I enclose a cfg

--------------------------------------------------------------------
You must also check that the PC must be clean from spyware etc ..

CCleaner

Advanced Systemcare

Hitman pro

Spybot Search&destroy

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

copy all cfg files on etmain (axis.cfg, allies.cfg, start.cfg, lowsettingcfg.cfg)

creates a link to ET.exe
Right button property of
destination as
"C: \ Program files \ Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory \ ET.exe"

add these parameters

+ Set com_hunkmegs 256; + Set com_zonemegs 64; + Set com_soundmegs 64; + Set cl_punkbuster 1

apply and execute ET from that link

After you open the console and write / exec lowsettingcfg

an important thing
you have to open the video card control panel
3D settings you have to put maximum performance
and disable the trilinear

lowsettigncfg-extrat-on-etmain.rar

Any other suggestions?

I used low setting and r_mode 6 and fpa 76

Still lagy drops 30 39 in venice 4

And how to change language

I do not think with that graphics card can not expect much +, begin to follow the steps that I wrote to you first of all update the video card driver that is important

I have the same problem on a lenovo laptop with i5 cpu
and video card intel graphics 3000 (which sucks like yours)
I just install 125 fps fixed after Game 2 or 3 drop maps to 30, and even if restart does not change, if you reinstall the game, it works again but for 2 or 3 maps then return to 30
the video card is probably too hot, however no cards to play

GPU bus clock of 533 is hard to get more fps from what I understand your limited here to start with and the dual core processor his well another thing

You would need to disconnect the api from the graphics card and run direct x as master with r_mode -1 and set your native resolution for the computer to the game it self to get raw input with custom aspect ratio normally would do this with a shortcut by right clicking on et.exe and create a shortcut and setting it to the target be sure to put a space after the target path in the shortcut after the last " +r_customwidth "1152" +r_customheight "864" +set r_mode "-1" +set r_fullscreen "1" +vid_restart

if you have a custom config you can attach it to the shortcut with +exec nameof.cfg before +vid_restart

Do note if your experiencing lag each time you try new settings you can always start over with cvar_restart;exec etconfig;vid_restart and again if you have custom config attach it before the vid_restart like cvar_restart;exec etconfig;exec nameof.cfg;vid_restart vid_restart has to be last or you would have to keep doing it manually.

And sometimes the only way to resolve fps lag even if cvar_restart doesn't fix it cause binaries will get confused somehow a bug you will have to delete profile config in profile folders. Always write your configs custom never use etconfig.cfg thats best I can answer don't know what kind of motherboard this is.
