Some people already do this in the shower :D

 

But, I don't really understand how tiring your muscles helps... Muscles need time to build up, you just tire them like that and then they hurt, wait 1-2 weeks and you can restart training...

 

In a workout you should have about 10-12 reps, 2 minutes of break (bicep) to ease it up on your muscles, and not like these guys just do it fast motion... only abs are fast motion.
