Roboes Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 Hello all, An addendum to: http://fearless-assassins.com/topic/82898-capture-the-flag-silent-1/ id like to poll members and players to this idea, Replace an unpopular, unplayed map in silent for a CTF map. It wouldn't hurt the srver as far as I can see, since a few maps are never, if ever vote on, i.e Cathedral. Some new type of gameplay, CTF would be a refreshing Beta test, if it gets plays (votes) then maybe there's some potential, if not, then it can be replaced later with another map, and Ive been told, having DJ would be a benefit while racing across the map with the enemy flag. I'd like some Quake 3 sounds incorporated, but baby steps first. Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 (edited) there are some maps that are played over and over, but there is a reason for that. players are familiar with these maps and they are usually scrim maps. and there are maps that are played on Silent1 that may be regularly played and enjoyable to players there, yet probably wouldn't even get 1 vote on HC. cathedral, have played that for years but i haven't played it for several months and i dont mind it at all. its a good change from Supply Depot or Braun or Adler. but it probably would not get a single vote on HC.
