Recommended Posts

Hey, I decided to buy a new pc, a assembled pc, so I need some advice from you guys on my equipment like which mobo, ram, gfx etc., And of course the budget part as I don't have a job my parents won't put a lot of money for my Pc so i would say my budget is 30,000 INR, I don't know much of currency conversion , it would be around 500$ approx 461 Us $ to be exact, so please suggest me some good equipment, thanks to all who helped.

it would be usefull if you'd tell us what you want to do with the pc, for example if you want to run a specific game or if it is to be a work desktop :)

Actually i want my pc to be mainly for gaming purpose, to run games like BF3-4, COD 4- Advanced warfare, tom clancy's the division, etc games like that, and

i am buying it from a local store,, but for our mutual understanding it would be here:  http://www.amazon.in/

Prices dont differ much in local stores considering from the website.

Bit of a challenge to build on an extreme budget. Especially if you want to play games like that. This build is $470 and you'll be able to play bf3-4 and cod on low-medium settings. I recommend getting a 720P monitor so you'll get better framerates.

In all seriousness, I recommend just getting this laptop as you'll probably get better gaming performance. https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-NVIDIA-Windows-E5-575G-53VG/dp/B01DT4A2R4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1467709002&sr=1-1&refinements=p_n_operating_system_browse-bin%3A12035945011%7C12566246011%7C5945862011%7C5945861011%7C2232492011%7C562222011%7C2232496011%7C2232493011%7C2232495011%7C2232494011%7C5945864011

As long as you keep them ventilated.

When I had my laptop, I used to just wedge a book behind it and prop up the back so there is better airflow.

You might still hear the fan but then again, the 6600K and GTX 970 build I have still kicks on the fan on high every now and then.

Desktop grade is better for gaming in every way, unless you need a gaming laptop to go somewhere with.

About 505 $

But mobo can be cheaper ,and later you can buy gaming gpu.

There´s a typo on this list, amazon directs to i3 6100, which is more plausible, if to go with i5 then Broadwell i5. It´s iGPU is best atm.

Also i3 doesn´t support more than 2133Mhz DDR4, so as its budget PC it´s wise to save money and take something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Single-PC4-17000-288-Pin-Memory/dp/B01BIWLFGQ/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1467812849&sr=1-3&keywords=ddr4+2133+8gb&refinements=p_n_feature_five_browse-bin%3A677427011%2Cp_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A10656894011

If you are choosing between i3 and AMD APU like Jobba suggested, go with AMD APU, only in case if you are not buying discreet GPU\graphics card: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/71760-intel-skylake-i5-6500-i5-6400-i3-6100-review-11.html

If you find extra ~130$ then i3+ GTX 950\GTX 750 would be even better choice. There´s again a but, soon(rumors go this month), new Nvidia\AMD GPU-s are coming out...

I am thinking of i3+ddr3 8gb,, coz in India ddr4 isnt so common in market, in my area it isnt out in local stores yet,, gfx I have yet to decide,,

What about monitors and keyboards and mouse? I need a good 144hz monitor which is under 150$
