There are many variables which come into play for each individual case. I guess the easiest thing to do is ask "What would happen in nature, if man did not intervene?" Although I do believe in DNR's.As an EMT there are mane cases where I show up to a scene where a patient is in cardiac arrest and I hope the patient has a DNR because they are either very old or very sick.
