Since upgrading to Windows 10, my USB 3.0 ports stopped working. I've looked around for the drivers but haven't been able to find any.

My motherboard: GA-990FXA-UD3

Anyone able to help?

The problem comes from your mobo and not win10. This is a built fault well known for this model. There's no fix, but try powering off your pc, wait 1min and then restart it. But you will have to deal each time with this issue.

Do you mean its a motherboard problem in combination with win10? I never had this problem before updating to win10.

I've restarted a bunch of times since installing win10 and it hasn't ever worked.

Some examples: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?topic=16386.0 or http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?topic=14299.0

Anyway, make sure that your bios is up-to-date and matching the rev of your mobo, and also that the USB 3.0 driver version sticks with the version rev. of your mobo. http://www.gigabyte.us/search/search.aspx?kw=GA-990FXA-UD3#pr-1

According the rev version, there's 2 different brands possible for the usb 3.0 driver and you will need to download and to use the matching one.

-VIA Labs (rev4.0) (http://www.via-labs.com/driver.php)

WHQL Driver for VL800/801 & 805/806 USB 3.0 Host Controller. Compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8 32-bit and 64-bit

-Etron (rev1.0, rev1.1 and rev3.0)

Etron EJ168 USB 3.0 Host Controller
