ET Server Suggestion Jay1 map rotation suggestions

Format - 

Add Map -> Map name  + URL to download the map - if not in our download section, upload and share URL.
Remove map -> Map name

 

Can provide multiple add/remove maps in same post.

I had to splat Elk just the other day for pushing me off Axis spawn too and he seemed to learn his lesson not to do it anymore. I guess it only worked for one map cause he's back to doing it again 😐. If stuff like this happens again and there are no admins on the server, please just hop onto Discord with your phone or something and ask for help there, 95 times out of 100 someone will join and deal with the kids. I think you can also do !adminhelp (reason) in game but I'm not too familiar with the command as it got added while I was away. I'll have to look into it at some point.

 

I can see why objective players wouldn't be happy about this map being on the server, I only managed to win as Axis when it was ~10v10 and even then it was pretty difficult. Maybe lowering the number of people for this map to something like 0-26 could please more people?

If this was several months ago, I might have opened a complaint, as Elk and I have had issues, but since I changed my User Name in-game, seems like things have calmed down - with everyone else, too on Jay 1 and me - but if he starts up again, I'll consider it. I still demo every map I play, so.....

 

As for Cortex, I know I Can be passionate about removing some maps - Fuel Depot is another one, but in this case it's not the same. I don't hate Fuel Depot, I'm just sick of it, but more people like it so I'm in the minority, but Cortex, I think in General, it's not liked

Pretty much every day i see people complaining about maps on jay1, but still theres only few map suggestions on this thread.

So here's few maps id like to see on server:

Grave Robbery, once it was learned by people was actually a pretty good map. Just the beginning is tough for Axis and I agree, it's time to revisit School again for a bit. I've been hoping for Stalingrad for years!

Could also remove Hotchkiss. Many axis players hate the extreme bottleneck phase of the map.

It would be a shame to remove the original maps, including Fuel Dump. Personally, my FPS do not fall on this card. However, it is the small maps that give up my FPS (when there is world, 30 on the server, everything is fine, it is 50 that becomes complicated)
It all depends, I think, on the hardware used and the connection (which plays a lot in Enemy Territory)
After, this is only my opinion ! :)

 

 

However, I totally agree for Snatch! It's worse than Cortex!

Lol ! It must be said that when there are many people on this map, it is almost impossible for the allies to win, the secondary path is too narrow, always bombed with grenades and gauze, and if we manage to pass, there is a MG42 waiting for you at the exit, and the main entrance leads directly to the exit of the respawn, and if we reach the objectif, the truck must pass under the spawn of the axis, not to mention the barriers that are built immediately after their destruction, in any case the axes are very advantageous. :)
