Format - 

Add Map -> Map name  + URL to download the map - if not in our download section, upload and share URL.
Remove map -> Map name

 

Can provide multiple add/remove maps in same post.

Can we have some more maps with single jump? It's really fun to play!

 

And i noticed much players don't like fueldump_christmas what about to replace it with the normal version again?

i like reular fueldump with no double jump..the double jump on roof makes me hate it on axis team

XMas Maps: Cause frequent crashes. (Besides the obvious reason :D)

Daybreak: People tends to quit and spawns can get easily screwed if no one is paying attention to walljumps near the dam access gate.

Battery: Bottlenecks are common and annoying, not really enjoyable to play after it's loaded and server gets full.

Railgun, TC Base: Barely playable.

Side note about XPosed: This map is almost never played to the point that regulars don't even know that is in the rotation, so maybe we can try changing its limit to 0, 36. (i. e. Special Delivery)

I've noticed F|RECRUITING XP SAVE server got Fueldump 2 times. The first one is the original one, and the second one is the Christmas ones (which causes massive FPS drops and where people generally leave or go spectator until the map ends).


Maybe you should consider removing one of those (hopefully the Christmas one  :P ).


Also North Pole map isn't really a map who brings a lot of fun on the server, no double jumps + molotovs tends to irritate people there (I'm not one of them). I think the map is pretty during Christmas period, but it's been almost 3 months now, I think it's time for this map to disappear until next Christmas!

There's major glitch on teuthonia_final, basically it needs removing, u can actually get into the bank before the tank even gets anywhere near the bank doors :blink: and take the gold get out and end the map :wacko: 

I can confirm this, but people rarely exploit it. I had to warn only once or two times so far in previous months. I like the map, but fraggers don't like it if they play allies side, since they must commit them to team-play and not individual tactics if they want to score the victory.

 

Could we replace Goldrush Gals to anything other? Allies have never won this map yet.

Like yoyo already said, a lot of players on allies side don't care for objective, since they are either in believe allies can't win this map or they just don't care and want their own private fun which this map has lot to offer (to both sides). Not caring for objective is a bit more difficult on axis side, since certain amount of axis soldiers must remain in the bank at all times if they want to win. Yes, it is hard to win for allies, but not that hard as on Oasis, i.e.

I agree, 1 or 2 more maps with single jump would be a great addition to bring more versatility to the current map set.

Please, remove fuel_dump christmas version, many players leave the server as soon they see this map is loading. Some players also complained they can't even join this map.

 

remove capuzzo, this is jut one crappy and laggy map, replace it with mlb egypt, loved that map

crappy for you, great for me - i like it a lot, both sides. i don't know why people have a such laggy experience on it, since i don't (or at least not in amount that would bring me to hate to play on it). Jay1 server is a laggy one in general (at all times).

 

I agree with Oasis, this map is too small for 50players+, since it just has 3 paths for the allies which are really narrow.

0, 36 would be a good setting imo

I like Oasis very much and I try to join to Allies side every time I can, although I know I will be raped. But it is fun and a great challenge to play. This map requires team play of entire allies team to work together as a real military unit. But this is difficult to achieve, since people don't know what to do or they lack motivation (or what ever the reason might be).

 

I am tempted to write a strategy tutorial on such particulary "difficult" maps... if enough people read and try it, maybe I could bring some more balance just with change of tactics.

Jay1 updates:

 

1. Hydro dam is added and saber removed.

2. bba is 20 mins now

3. bremen limit increased to 40

4. adlern limit increased to 40

5. fueldump limit decreased to 44

6. xposed added. I believe you will start seeing complains for this maps soon. This map has issues but i don't remember right now. If we face it then we will replace it with missile and if not still also missile after 2 weeks.

Hipkat, i admire your taste for maps, you should be our map rotation editor! Count me in for (any of) those maps!

 

 

 

 

Christmas and North pole should be removed, a lot of players dislike them and either go spec, or completely leave the server.

 

 

I personally like Flame Guard, but looks that people complain about it, some even leave (but not that much as when those two mentioned maps above start).

The problem is that this map requires a lot of teamwork for axis side.
