ET Server Suggestion Jay1 map rotation suggestions

I asked the other jay1 admins what they think about these suggestions and ofcourse what they think because I really dont like to ask humbly to remove the maps that just got added and the time that got spend to test them and add them it's never fun if people spend a long and there free time to help and see some DFnub asking to remove them again only a few days later but as mentioned i asked first the online admins too what they think and seeing the very low player activity we would feel even worse if we dont act or atleast tell / report it and do nothing to make it better

I would like to suggest these maps as possible maps to add into the rotation

tankbuster,
2 tanks,
saberpeak ( non lagg version )

, river port
, stalingrad
, subway

, 1944 beach
, mlb egypt
and daybreak,
stalingrad.
uje factory
,flame guards
ruins23


I asked also to the others what are the maps that are disliked the most and have the most people leaving

and i want to suggest to remove these maps:

Mlb Temple
the river
baserace
uje italy
uje fueldump
warmissile


I just hope this will help so the activity will be back to normal again

Just no to Flameguards. It's too long. If the Axis gets to the last place, arming the rocket, it can be stuck there for 25 minutes of total chaos.

I like the UJE Fuel Dump. Easier to see with brighter colors and I like The River, but I think I'm in the minority there.

1944 Beach is the first map I ever played and it used to be popular on a lot of servers, way back in the day. 

 

Most of the opther maps you suggested we had and were removed for specific reasons. Egypt got old, I think Tank Buster is a good map, but I don't think the objective was won too many times

The cp is there but can t spawn there

if the server has the mapscript running but there is no defaultspawn at CP nor is the minimap correctly updated then it is possible that you can only access the spawnpoint through commands. Same thing goes for example at et_beach where as axis you cant spawn at the little hut just ahead of the main path without the use of commands

Which map to add and which to remove. 

 

Ex -

Remove: battery

Add: original fueldump 

Reason - I/We like white snow much more then regular colors.

I tested all the fueldump mapscripts I could find with UJE_fueldump(Renaming to UJE_fueldump).

None would enable CP spawning at Command Post.

The reason map was created was to reduce FPS drop and lag by redoing textures.

It succeeds well for that but Allies having great difficulty without forward spawn.

Remove list:

1)Special Delivery (small map) 25/25 

2)Capuzzo -> this map is big lag pings all +200 - 400

Add list : 

1)Saperbeak (this best map no problem)

2) Warmup Beta1

3) Watten v2
