I'll see what i can do, I get about $650 a month, and between college, insurance, and medical bills, I only get about $200 to spend and that goes to food and clothes and things like that.

You can go to walmart and buy a prepaid visa credit card with cash, say like you want to buy a prepaid card of 20 dollars, it will cost 23 dollars for the activation cost. This way you can do whatever you want with the card. If you want to leave your bank account out of it, its a nice way of doing it. Make a paypal account and transfer the money from the prepaid card to it then transfer the funds to the account provided on this site.

This is exactly what I do and it works great. Those pre-paid cards are everywhere (where i live any way). A tip on those cards is to buy them in larger amounts like $100 because the activation fee is still the same. This is the easiest way to fund your paypal account by far.

Maybe... The one I use is called "Vanilla Pre-Paid Visa". I use it because the loading/activation period is instant.

 

Here is a link to the retailers that have this card. As far as buying it in Mexico, it says it can only be used in the US.

I have been using with paypal and ebay with no problems. I would say in the last year Ive probably uploaded 50 cards to my paypal (i shop online a lot! ebay, newegg, F|A, Steam) and have never had any issue what so ever. This is just my personal experience with them.

I won't steal your money because

1) Joe would fly down from Canada and kill me in my sleep

2) Dare would remote hack my computer and delete all my warez

3) your $20 is not worth the trouble to me.
