Connection Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 i can't believe they area making another fast and furious.. just what we need, encourage more teenagers to rice up their cars and ruin the poor gas mileage they already have. look, i do drive a WRX to work every day, and i dropped the 1/4 mile time of my last car ( a beretta ) by more than a second and a half with mods, but at the same time i gained 6 mpg on the highway and i didn't blow my weekends driving around parking lots trying to impress ppl with some 4" exhaust stuck to the back of a 1" tailpipe. i appreciate gear heads but IMO those movies are dumb. they seem like they got the script and the acting overnighted from japan or something. transformers was cool for the 15 minutes or so of actual giant robot fighting in it ( for about 30 seconds you actually feel like you're watching a battletech movie !! ) but it was overall disappointing. i hope the new one is better. i want to see harry potter, just because i've read all the books and seen all the others. and maybe there will be a new ghibli movie towards the end of the year, but probably not until 2010 =( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
