Asians generally aren't prone to it unless they have very oily skin. Also alot of Europeans from cooler climates tend to not have acne. That guy on in the right picture has some really bad cystic acne...or some kind of impetigo outbreak. not rly. asians actually do get acne a lot. i guess maybe 30% or so. Cut back on sweets and greasy food.
