Connection Interrupted

Question

hey i get connection interrupted alot, cant play like this & have no clue what to do.. this only happens on jay1, other servers are fine, my pc is quite new, tried restarting router/modem/pc's & didnt fix anything.. i have no idea how or why its happening, im not a tech nor ever had this problem when i played this game as a kid like 8-9 years ago, i just went to this site & downloaded et from here ( custom one ) and started to play again last night, problem is i cant play if i get connection interrupted because it just drags you back to where you were standing first, so i need some suggestions on how to fix this annoying problem, thanks in advance :)

Hey, Emphera. Would you mind giving this a go; http://fearless-assassins.com/files/file/400-winmtr-64-bit/

Use it to check your connection between yourself and the server :) Follow the instructions below;

To run winMTR or MTR if you're on a mac (32bit and 64bit windows, for Mac Users) on the server IP 8.9.4.227 by entering  into the "host" bar at the top and running it for 100 cycles (cycles = sent packets), click the " copy text to clipboard" option and post the results here, it would be greatly appreciated. It would also be more effective to run winMTR while these issues are happening.

I posted the report here but I wasn't sure if it was the right thing, because IP is mentioned.

I'm not too good at those winmtr things, so I will keep myself to my role as translator :D

That's Emphera's WinMTR, without the enormous ping. I've asked him to take another one when he does experience the problem again.
