I have only run into a few very visible hackers in my 400 logged hours. However I have noticed that there is a large number of people whose skills are very questionable...The number of smurfs makes it difficult to tell.

From eagle/eagle master+ its almost funny to see.

1game / 3 is against hackers.

I only play ESEA/ Scrims nowadays because of that.
