Sleep.

It really depends. Recently I've been sleeping  lovely 9 hours per night. But more often then not, I get less than 4 hours of sleep. 8 hours of work, two hours of Dinner and Netflix, then I probably spend the rest of my free time gaming.

Not really sure but I have woken up many nights recently hallucinating and seeing spiders.  It's pretty f'n sweet.  Supposedly it is somewhat common?

When I was single my body was on a 28 hour rotation. 20 hours awake, 8 asleep.

Since having the kids I've had to force myself, or rather the missus has, to get a minimum of 7 hours sleep but normally 8 (23:00 - 07:00. With 07:00 being a fixed time). Although I don't feel any better for it in the morning.
