i ran winmtr and this is what i got it only gets bad when server full on hardcore never had this happen before

here you go normal i have no little green bars goes up like this or red spikes at all 

 

 

it happens most of the time when the server is full but i know it can't just be more players  because i can play on jaymod with 10x the players and i don't lag like this and this has never happened before i us to run a 52 to 50 ping but  since the server was moved i been running from 32 to 35 ping
