Sound lag in Enemy Territory

Question

Every time landmines or any other objective related sound is played I get this short freeze lockup. Other players complain about it also. Don´t think I changed lately something in my settings, also the packetloss have been even higher and still no lagz.

Guys this stutter when spotting mines has been around for ages. And its noticeable only on bigger servers.

I have got 2 different configs (slightly different graphics), and I get this same lag with the other one. I'm pretty sure the reason for this lag is some r_ command, since I've tried to raise soundmegs and tune Nvidia settings but no help. I've tried to solve this problem for like one year already but still no solution :/. Might be it's two different r_commands together causing this. But that's really weird if Vanaraud hasn't even changed settings and still gets the lag!
