Determination and lots of unplugs

A week ago I lost power and my computer got stuck in a "Windows Resume Loader".   I searched and searched for an answer without any luck or solution. I had this problem about a year ago with the same computer. Last time all I did was unplug it from the outlet and the back of the computer and it would work. This time however not so lucky. So, after a week(every day of constant fails) of constantly unplugging and re-plugging the computer, something that I did fixed the issue and it runs just like normal.

If you get this issue, try doing this and maybe it can be fixed. 

Long story short, keep trying because you never know what can happen!
