Levels lost on all servers

Hi there, right now i have a problem, when i connect to a server, my  levels and xp are lost. I don't know why because my "etkey" it's still in "etmain" folder.

Let me tell you how it happened. Just wanted to enter on the server, and then the current was stopped immediately for two minutes, then i've entered on the server and i've seen that my xp and levels was reset. :(

 

I use Windows Xp Service Pack 3, hmm... i'll try system restore to see if this problem disappear.

 

Until then help me with an answer. :(
