Ronn Posted December 15, 2012 Share Posted December 15, 2012 I'm a fan of the Tram map as well and I think it would actually work on Recruiting. I'd also like to see Goldrush GA in the rotation. I'm not gonna give up on trying to get this map in there instead of the original version. At least give it a try for a week or 2, I'm sure we'll get some positive feedback. slenderman Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 Sorry to revive but I have suggestions for new maps: -Goldrush-GA to replace the current original goldrush -Castle Attack to replace Hydro Dam, Oasis, or Caen -Tramfight to replace Hydro Dam, Oasis, or Caen Sands of Time also seems like a great map since no one has ever (probably) heard of it except for Saint. At the end I just used paint to compile a picture of what everyone said they wanted for their map choice. Versuives = laggy map Tram fight = laggy map Market garden = oasis part2 aka heavy fps drop Cortex = laggy map, even got on rotation after huge demand .. result ? empty server . .. thanksbie Frosbite = too small but so is supply depot.. and everybody enjoys it, good defense and there is nothing to cry . N.P. bridge = ppl will cry over it being boring and sucky coz it need more brain to learn map . this map has less ground and more skywalking bridges . again both teams got objective to do. Regarding the majority not helping with my response, the majority is *never* going to help, they'll just be the critics for every favorable map that ends up on the server, such as UJE because it was boring (to me) and Hydro Dam (gets old fast, like baserace; again, to me). In theory, the majority doesn't want to suggest new maps because they think their suggestions are going to be shot down (no offense to tipsy's post) so it never will be about the majority when planning which maps you are going to add and remove. note: I'm not trying to start a flame war, just expressing an opinion whether it's bias or not. @remix thanks bro Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
