Spitfire Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 So here's the deal,i accidentally deleted my ET but i have my etkey stored on flashdrive,after i downloaded ET again i got everything back like it was except my etkey,i did put it in my etmain folder,typed /pb_cl_enable,/pb_system 1 & /pb_writecfg and restarted my game but i still couldn't get my old account back,am i missing something or doing something wrong?Any kind of help to get my old account back would be appreciated. DFighter Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) remove the etkey that is in your etmain then copy your old etkey in ? now you might have 2 etkey's in etmain, that could result in that he still is loading the new etkey instead of your old one. Quovadis Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 Imo , go to etkey.org , use the full setup ( only way to install pb I know now) and replace installed etkey by yours. Pbsvc no more includes a ET installation If I remember right. Etkey.org setup is the best solution to have a updated working pb I can play on Pb servers even tough my key was generated by etkey.org which was said to be impossible.
