However, if it doesn't let you purchase, you can also try to buy a gift voucher for yourself and redeem the voucher to get your VIP: http://fearless-assassins.com/store/gift-vouchers/ Once you purchased your VIP, please create billing ticket from Client Area and provide below details so we can verify the transaction. Mag00 had many issues we tried to work out but couldn't get it working. Can I use a pre-paid credit card for V.I.P. ? Another option is to mail either cash(preferably) or the prepaid credit card to a member in your region. They can gift you the VIP package that you choose. At least last I checked.
