=FA=Google Posted July 30, 2013 Author Share Posted July 30, 2013 bump, same problem again.. but this time the old solution didn't work.. played a couple of hours this afternoon without problems, but tried to open ET a few minutes ago and it gave the fail again.. also tried to run as a adminastrator no effect.. S3ti Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 (edited) If your driver is ok that's usually caused by wrong resolution settings which your videocard doesn't support. If you use r_customwidth/r_customheight this can happen when you mix up both settings by accident. But strange if it happened out of nowhere... Try to delete all configs and start with default settings first, fixes all problems if it's caused by cvar settings. And maybe try some other opengl games or programs like FurMark or GLview to make sure the video driver is working correctly. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
