I suggest that if a person is in more than one group the person can see that on profile page. I suggested they should make like for example +++CSL ..so u can see member and vip in one. But it would take too much time to change for everyone or something they said, i dont rlly remember CSL's idea is better in my opinion. The sole reason for my suggestion is this. When I log onto my own profile I would like to see my secondary group which in this case is VIP in order to know which benefits I am entitled or not entitled to. This feature im suggesting should only be visible to the member themselves when logged in to forum and to whomever the founders think should have access such as leaders and co-leaders its a simple way to keep track of where Im at. But in response to alex's suggestion maybe it would be simpler to add a green box similar to Contributor box that shows vip status/level, kind of like a symbol of pride to those who contribute. I am not a computer expert so I have no clue how much work is involved and if its feasible at all. More or less space is available so that: 1. Members can directly upload demos and proofs on forum rather then using 3rd party upload service. 2. Avatar space is same for all so I guess everyone got standard 12 inch fairy ( in your language ) 3. Donors get extra benefits... It's more of an appreciation to them for helping us in paying server and forum bills. More or less, even though ET is old game but still it has more players and servers then Brink and other new games. I wouldn't call it outdated game. Maps, mod and server binaries are being actively developed by different moders and coders. And off course if you are not using Gallery or Downloads then it doesn't mean no one is.. What you started has outlasted several servers/clans and members should step up to the plate to help keep things going without any other reason than to see FA prosper (no giant 12 inch avatars needed lol). Understand your point, but there are people who look at FA as more than just a place to frag they look at it as kind of an online family. Yes its harder for us old farts that didnt grow up with the interwebz and all to understand this but for me I enjoy the contact with people from all over the world. I only prefer the larger PMbox and add-free for the forum as additional, I guess some like the image hosting (but I use a different website for that), and so are a few other advantages that some prefer and some don't care. However, I donate because I love the server(s) and the people managing it, and I know it needs money to do so (at least keeping the servers up, I don't think FA pays salary from donations ). Ask Dare (in Client area) if adding donating the additional 20$ is good to upgrade you to platinum. Expected answer: yes, but just ask it yourself to confirm it. Then, donate the money, add paypal information to the "yes"-answer of Dare, and Dare is likely to upgrade you. Have to agree with you on that one 100%...... but I am going to ask you humbly...How much you have donated since you started playing on our servers? Their is a major difference in saying and doing it. If everyone would donate or lets say even 50% then donation bar would have reached to at least 50 to 70% but it hasn't even made to one month bill..... The fact is not everyone donate and some never donate even though they can.. don't ask me why.. that's how it is and that's how it will be.
