Go to http://support.dell.com Click the "Find Drivers, BIOS and other system updates" link. Put in your service tag and hit submit. You should be directed to the drivers page, which has a single video card driver link for your PC. Edit: I would have linked you directly, but the way Dell works their webpage any link wouldn't work.
