Edit: Filing claim for the services which you are using is not good way to host your servers *WF*McBeth. You filed the claim for the active services which you had ordered and services are active. Please find some another host because we don't rent servers to "fraud" people, *WF*McBeth. Proof of your fraud will be provided to paypal.
