Cuntmuffin*(69) Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 Hey, I'm trying to get on some F|A servers and right before I connect to play i disconnect with the following saying "cannot write to hunkusage.dat" If you know how to fix this problem let me know.. Saizou Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 According to internet, the solution is to delete every hunkusages.dat in your ET folder (in each mod folder there is one of these) and starting the game again. Chuckun Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 If you're running VISTA or WIN7, make sure you are running ET as an admin... To do so, right click on ET, go to Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, at the bottom, tick the 'Run as Administrator' box. Click Apply/OK and then try. You can try to delete (or move elsewhere) that file (hunkusage.dat) from the mod's folder, and see if it's re-created without problems. One more thing.. on my other comp I try connecting to ET servers but for this one it keeps me "awaiting challenge... 1-infinity" (until stopped) Solutions?
