ET sound

i tried some cfg's (maus, ferus, squall)

and now the sound changed

1. gun sound changed

2. cant hear gun sound of other on a long distance

3. cant hear the ticking of the nade when u hold it

Did you try to exec other cfg?

Com_hunkmegs 512 doesn't make you lag?

You should delete that seaside binds.

Did you try to change s_volume 1

I'm not a pro about this but maybe Jaaa help you later.

The top 3 are missing the "around the setting"

seta s_volume 0.07 is low try this seta s_Volume "0.50" and also put the "" around the others see if that helps, I know very little about et pro cfg's so there might be other bits as well.

its not about the volume.....i can hear other stuff well

i keep it low so i can hear better vent/ts3

 

Com_hunkmegs 512 : how much did u set it? i have no lag

 

and i love seaside bind :P

I was about to ask you for your etconfig, not your personal config, but since you solved, then it's ok

 

I think you've used some different settings, but your config had only those 3 s_ settings in it, so it wasn't restored properly.

Next time send us your etconfig.cfg in your mod profile folder, because there are other sound cvars in ET.
