Thanks *Evil*Dworkin, I just tried Daredevil and Medic's advice and re-installed PB and PB Services. Now I can't access ET at all, crashes before it even starts! I've played ET J1 almost every day for over a year running Win7 64. What's new? Dammit. I've just run PB Services again and although it completed without error I saw this ... Is PnkBstrA explicitly allowed? C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe NO Is PnkBstrB explicitly allowed? C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrB.exe NO Is that relevant? I checked the win32 folder and neither of the files were there. I un-installed PB and re-installed/updated it and now I can play the game and all seems to be fine again. Thanks. I think un-installing and re-installing everything (game and PB) is my only hope. What's the best way to save my profile? I only want the F|A stuff. Administrators daredevil Posted March 23, 2011 Administrators Share Posted March 23, 2011 Delete your PB folder located at: C:\Users\Windows User\AppData\Local\PunkBuster Then run this: http://fearless-assassins.com/tutorials/article/13-how-to-update-punkbuster/ and then http://fearless-assassins.com/tutorials/article/14-how-to-update-your-pb-punk-buster/ Make sure u run those exe files as right click run as admin.
