USD to Yen is different, but all dollars are approximately the same. If that is not the case, like the Hong Kong Dollar (or African Dollars) with a conversion rate of 1USD to 7HKD, then you usually pay in USD. For me, I'm always happy to see a price and then realize it is in USD btw. There is no better discount than to prices in dollars.
