Website VIP upgrade?

Hi there,

 

I want to upgrade to VIP Platinum, I remember back in the days there was a option with UPGRADE to higher vip status, but somehow I can't find it in the store.

Paypal has changed its format since I last logged on, by A Lot!  I had to use the "help" to find out how to cancel a subscription:

DD's link showed me a "no records" as he had cancelled my sub manually yesterday.  I am taking a "different path" as  part of the trouble-shooting process. 

 

Okay, the FA-vip sub had the title of "Server Hosting" .  It looks like I had started an earlier one on  "Aug 28, 2012".  The current one had started in 2013.  I seem to have had a previous sub for $10 a month before those. 

 

Started a Platinum VIP subscription form the "pending invoice" and returned to the FA "Payment Processing  " page.
