Hello,

 

VIP is mostly like donation to community but below is generic guidelines for forum. For server, you get level depending on which VIP you purchase. 

 

Do note - with VIP levels unless you are trusted VIP you don't any commands through which you can abuse anyone. Mostly fun and regular commands to help you.
