Howdoo bud, you can download the file with the link HucKa provided and open the pk3 file with an archive explorer (I used 7-Zip) and navigate to ctf_face_b1.pk3\sound\world\. The song you're looking for is called bgsong.wav so you can add it to your music library by just extracting it from the pk3. I've tried uploading the file to some music finding websites but I can't seem to get a name for the song.
