Gta 4. win10

It runs great on Win10, but it didn't used to work out of the box. There were some workarounds required to get (the now defunct) Games for Windows Live system installed. Can't remember them off the top of my head because it's been awhile, but I know I was able to figure it out with some quick googling, and I didn't need to apply any third-party "fixes". I suppose I can reinstall it and figure out/remember what exactly I did to get it to work if you run into any issues.

I say "didn't used to" and "there were" because like 2 years ago or such, Rockstar released a patch that was supposed to help it "play nice" with newer versions of Windows. Steam version would most likely be easier to get going than the physical disc package, but the Steam version now lacks some music due to expired licenses, which is a bummer. If you haven't bought it, and it's cheap enough.... why not. I wouldn't say it's as fun as SA or 5, but it's not a bad game.
