Community Status Updates



Had a practice meet tonight. Got 3rd in the 100 Meter dash, but got last in the 200 Meter dash because I cramped up. I also backsquated my previous max for 4 reps today, can't wait to see what my new max is.

    If you can do 4 reps than you should probably up your weights till you are back to 3 reps max. At least if you are going for strength, if you go for endurance than more reps is obviously better :)
