  1. Puni, did you ever get this going for yourself? I'm curious how you are doing with your class. My CS classes were always my favorite in college.
  2. If you can create C++ projects in your install of VS, do it that way. Just name your source files with the .c extension. For compiling in C, follow this little guide (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb384838.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396) If you aren't required to use VS for C development, check out Codeblocks IDE orVS Code with the c/c++ plugin and compile with mingw64. I used Codeblocks when I was in college, and it worked great for me since they only had emacs on a Solaris install available to us in the lab...
  3. Puni, I would love to help. Any screenshots would be helpful. Can you tell me how you got the install for VS?
  4. There's me doing things at a datacenter I used to physically manage and a picture of my majestic doggo.
  5. nice! this could be super useful if you don't want to use an external hosted service for sure.
  6. With the advent of .NET core, you can use powershell cross-platform which can be handy. However, thats also another added dependency.
  7. At first I read this as Color Blind. But upon further review it is a useful color bind. Thanks. Haha.
  8. Powershell is most definitely the bee's knees. I use it quite a bit since alot of the vendors we deal with have modules for their products. Makes life alot easier!
  9. Mine is from metal gear solid. Liquid Snake mainly.
  10. I've been evaluating alot of the other products like Ansible (Chef, Puppet, SaltStack), my network dudes just started using ansible so I figured I would dive into it since the company I work for is kind of in the infantile stages of adopting DevOps process. I've been doing automation through Powershell a majority of the time since we are a Microsoft Partner and I am finding Go to be really portable. What do you use for tools Symfony?
  11. The Netflix Death Note movie. It was meh. Definitely didn't stay true to alot of the good points of the original show. However some of the representations of the characters were executed well.
  12. Looks like you put alot of work into those, pretty cool.

I'm a Glock guy through and through. I own a Glock 34 and I absolutely love it. However, I would love to have that 44 Mag too
  14. I quit after 8 years (quitting a few times in between) thanks to vaping! I really do love tobacco, but its just not good for you. I really enjoy building my own coils for my dripper as I enjoy tinkering with things like trying new coil wrapping techniques and whantot. That and I collect alot of different juice flavors so I have something for whatever I am in the mood for and to share with other fellow vaping friends. Plus the pleasant aroma covers up my BO stank from long ET sessions If you need an reccomendations on something to get started with I would be happy to assist as well!
  15. Welcome to the forums! Always awesome playing with you sir. See you around on HC.
