ET Server Suggestion Reduced spawn protection NQ1

Recently I've been playing on NQ1 and something that bothered me were the spawn protection times. There was one map in particular that bothered me. On Oasis the enemy flamethrower could pass quite some distance without being stopped while we had to pass the enemy spawn to blow up the AT guns.

I've attached a SS where I marked the way the enemy flamer could run before his spawn protection ended. With the low respawntimes it was kinda ridiculous seeing him running straight for the tunnel stopping everyone in there dying and doing the same thing over and over again.
