  1. Happy Birthday RoheGewalt!

  2. For what do you need Enterprise?
  3. You also have to know how much watts your power adaptor has and if you have to buy a new one too.
  4. There you see it, the most post's are just Hi to the new Members, silly in my opinion. They just go to every topic which is in there and post something like "Yo" or "Welcome" and than they get to hear "Very nice how active you are on the forum " Something else I really can't understand even why the name of the Sector "Spam" is usually "Spam" would be much nicer for new visitors if it would be named to "Offtopic" or something. I also think it is more important to have a member who write artful posts and topics than a member who writes one bullshit after the other. I don't want anybody attack with this. Just my opinion to these things. See you
  5. A usually home server will not exhaust the i7-990X processor anyway at the moment. So it would be stupid to buy one, at least not now.
  6. Hey Dude, welcome to the forum. I hope we see us on the Servers.
  7. That doesn't says anything about how fast is your internet or something like that. The Location of the users is different so how should this work ? Also it depends on how the site is built up.Try to make a Speedtest on another site and I bet it tells you other facts. BTW: This topic exist already. Speedtest
  8. Well your right. Usually it is not dangerous. But if the HD is to old, it can't defragment all back in the time. Also you should not do a defragmentation more then 1-2 times in a month. In the programms where you can do a defragmentation is regular an other programm for clean your System Registry. NEVER do that, it will not boost up your system. EDIT: Sorry for the double post.
  9. Did u reinstalled Wolfenstein? Try this. If you have still lags, try to take your Resolution lower. ( Options > System ) Could you play in the past lagfree? If not, is maybe the graphic-card to low for the game. Wolfenstein™: Enemy Territory™ Minimum System Requirements * Windows® 98/ME/2000/XP OS (Windows NT 4.0 not recommended for clients) * 100% Windows® 98/ME/2000/XP compatible system (including all 32bit drivers) * Intel® Pentium® III 600Mhz processor or AMD equivalent * 128 MB RAM * 32 MB 100% fully OpenGL® compliant 3-D video card * Microsoft® DirectX® 8.1 or higher (not included) * 271 MB free hard disk space for game files * 500 MB free hard disk space for swap files * 100% Microsoft® Windows® compatible keyboard * 100% Microsoft® Windows® compatible mouse * 100% Microsoft® Windows® compatible sound card * For internet play, 100% Windows® 98/ME/2000/XP compatible 56.6k modem or better internet connection. 56.6k modem play is not recommended for games with more than 8 players total; broadband players should be able to handle up to 32 depending on their connection with the server on which they're playing. The following video cards were fully tested with Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory: GeForce 4 Ti 4600 GeForce 4 MX GeForce 3 GeForce 2 Ultra GeForce 2 MX GeForce256 Radeon 8500/64 Radeon 7200/64 Radeon 9700 Pro/128 Xabre 400 Greetz
  10. I would not defragment the harddrive. Could have a bad ending
  11. It is your graphics board. When u are on other servers do you have the lags also? Try to change your resolution to 640 x 480 on Options > System, then connect to the server and look if the lag is still there. The hardware is very old..If the lags still don't stop after u have changed the resolution bring your Pc to a shop and check if anything is broken. Greetz
  12. I think he means that when he is on the server, he gets little lags and they never stop. Sometimes it just freezes and he have to open the tastmanager to close the programm. Now back to the problem,I think it is because your GPU is probably broken. Did you have overclock your System? If yes, bring it to a PC shop and look if you need to buy a new one. I hope it helped you. Greetz
