yellow lag spikes

So i get these yellow lagg spikes which shoots up my ping when i am playing with 125 fps and no lagg spikes when i play with 76 fps ,Does any one knows the the solution and the cause of these lagg spikes .I know playing with 76 is a solution but ne solution through which i  can play  with 125 fps would be apreciable.
The problem is nt with single config its with most of them atleast 4-5 which it tried also this problem wasnt there before like 2 weeks ago or so

So i have this samsung synmaster screen attached to my laptop nvdia video card 8400m
now the problem is that i cannot play fullscreeen with r_mode 4 (stabler fps) .full screen comes only wen i use r_mode 9(unstable fps)
I have tried using commands such as r_customheight  they dont work
i have also tried changing my screen resolution that also didnt make ne difference
also tried maximizing the screen with alt_enter it leaves rest of the area of screen black n game in middle of screen

ne help?

Hmm i recently(:P) downloaded cod4 mw I downloaded  a torrent which had a zip file.i extrated it and then runned the setup file which was a .bak file..it installed perfectly and i can play single player ( i have two .exe files one for single player n other for multi)..Now inorder to it online on private servers. i tried patching my cod4 to 1.7.First of all i patched it to 1.1 ......i got patched then i tried patching it to 1.2 but when i ran the setup for patching it it gave an error--->No valid cod4 mw installation found.same thing happened wen i tried patching to 1.5 and 1.6 n 1.7
I have tried reinstalling the game and then patching but the same error....
And people have patched the gamne to 1.7 from the same torrent(game download)I also tried searching for some solution online didnt find one for this thing yet :X

lately facing an error while loading config "cbuf_inserttext overflowed"
some 1 please help or "GLW_startoppengl() - could not load OpenGl subsystem"

these configs are tested configs n i faced this problem after i reinstalled et

getting kicked by pb

I getting kicked by pb sice it got enabled on on both our fa server the error shows up different if i play from 2.55 and 2.6b
The ss wud show u the error because of which pb is kicking me

things i have tried include--
updating pb
uninstalling et and reinstalling it

my et works fine for other server such as etpro server (with or without pb and slac)

hoping some wud help cause i am unable to play on fa server
