Under keyboard settings (presuming you are running some form of Windows) you'll find which hotkeys change the keyboard's layout/language, so if you disable those hotkeys your keyboard will no longer switch. I had the same problem so I simply removed the hotkeys. If I recall right it revolves around combinations of shift, alt and ctrl like Schlumpfine said.

I play it too but you lot are on US server as far as I know, so no go. When it comes to SC song parodies, Tempo's When I'm grandmaster and Husky's Banelings are the best for me.
