  1. Happy Birthday DrinaCorps!

  2. Thanks! Always adding to it. It's an addiction for me. Healthy though. More of an investment. I'll never take a loss on them.
  3. This sounds absolutely amazing, but not nearly as good as a "garbage plate".
  4. All I've got in the way of the FAL is an Israeli rifle that I built. I've also got an old Imbel kit that I still need to build.
  5. Greetings Xellos! Welcome to the forum!
  6. My last count put me at twenty-three or twenty-four pistols, three shotguns, and twenty-eight rifles. I've got just enough parts kits for six more AKs, I need receivers and a barrel or two. I could probably piece together two more AR-15s with the parts I've got. I've sold and traded a lot over the years, so I figure if I had held onto everything, that would put me well over one-hundred firearms. I bought a crate of Mosin Nagant 91/30 rifles a few years ago, and that was twenty, on top of what I already had, so that would have put me at twenty-five of those alone. Problem is, I enjoy shooting a lot more than I enjoy cleaning.
  7. Most of the kits I've got, I bought back when they were cheap. I started buying kits shortly after the 94' AWB sunset in 2004. Romanian kits were $80, Polish were around $100. Then Yugo kits came in around 2008 or so and by that time, they were $200 or so. http://www.apexgunparts.com is a great source for kits. Thanks! I love the RPD so far, it just isn't something that I would want to lug around all day. The RPD was built by Ohio Rapid Fire, and came with three 100rnd drums and belts, as well as a sling and various spare parts. $1900 after the transfer and shipping. I couldn't pass it up though.
  8. I've got an old Noveske lower for that BCM upper. The Infidel lower is getting mated to a 16" 1:8 twist stainless steel heavy barrel in a Vltor upper. Gonna try to shoot for a dead-on 600 yard rifle with some good glass up top.
  9. I've had a focus on the French bm scene and everything that followed since the mid-late 90's, Mutiilation, Vlad Tepes, Mortifera, Celestia, Ad Hominem etc. Alcest and Amesoeurs were some of the best music to materialize out of that clique. I have yet to discover a band that can stand alongside Agalloch for atmosphere. Drudkh and Ulver have come close.
  10. In my free time, I enjoy camping, metal detecting, reloading (ammo) and competitive shooting. Hobbies would be collecting vinyl records, mostly death/black metal and 80's hardcore and punk, as well as comics.
  11. A few favorites: To Kill A Mockingbird Harrison's Flowers The Shawshank Redemption Shot Through The Heart Law Abiding Citizen Taxi Driver Lord Of War American History X Gummo As The Light Takes Us Dead Man's Shoes Gangs Of New York
  12. Bought a VZ-61 semi-auto pistol this weekend, and broke out the Polish RPD finally.
