  1. Even though it's not a aluminium surface it's one of the best I've had, there are two of these on the market I think, the speed and the control one, and even though I have the "speed" one, it still has the control like no other. The surface I'm talking about is the Razer Goliathus. It's big, plus it sticks where you put it, so it won't slip.
  2. I've had Logitech G35 and honestly wasn't impressed at all, they had dolby sound card built in them with a VIRTUAL 7.1 because real 7.1 in a headset is impossible.
  3. Hi again guys, I have around 60 euros at disposal to buy a sound card, because I'm a CoD4 Promodlive player, sound is very important to me, and PC360's are doing a good job, but I would like to get even better at hearing footsteps etc. I've thought about getting Asus Xonar DS or Asus DG, but if someone thinks he knows a better one in that price range I would be very grateful if you could wrote me a response. Motherboard : Gigabyte Z68A-D3-B3 Thank you in advance!
  4. Thanks for the servers Yellow Flash and thank you all for the warm welcome
  5. Daaamn now that's what I call an Introduction to a forum
  6. I just figured out that the server is in the US... So no playing for me (Austria = ping 220)... I'm guessing you don't have EU servers?
  7. Hello, I've came to show my skill in CoD4. I am sure that I will win "KDR challenge" My nick ingame is InvisibleLion and sometimes Iustitia. Beware, I'm here.
  8. I solved the problem, I went on the browser IP or whatever and under settings I put the security level to "low". Yeah, it was that simple...
  9. No way? Damn then I've been playing on the wrong server mah whoooole life...
  10. I think I have a little better graffiti skills
  11. I'm using Avira antivirus (Free Version) and a Windows Firewall. When I installed the new System (yesterday) I didn't have NIC drivers and graphics drivers installed, so I installed them both. I didn't change the way they connect to the internet. On CoD4 I get the message saying : "Server connection timed out" I updated punkbuster also and still no change. Windows updates are up to date I THINK... And after two updates installed I disabled the updates. but the problem was happening on the old system also. I connect to the internet trough a cable. The problem with Xfire started about a month ago, whilst with CoD4 about a week ago, with other programs I really don't know because I haven't been using them as often. I installed a lot of programs on my old system but on the new one just NIC and Graphics Drivers and Also Xfire and CoD4. I didn't try connecting trough safemode because I honestly don't know how. The screenshots with and without "show processes from all users" are attached bellow. I'm very thankfull for your quick responses. I really am. And if anyone wants to check anything trough TeamViewer I will download it. Thank you all once again.
  12. I had a problem with a lot of programs not connecting/timing out (Xfire, CoD4, Steam, Teamspeak etc.). So I installed Win7 64 bit and still the problem excists... Everything else works perfectly. Xfire: After timing out and exiting the program I get the message from the Exception Log (See Attachment) CoD4 worked fine and suddenly I couldn't connect to any server (timing out) Steam wont update it says : "You have to be connected to the internet" I am really pissed off... My config : Win 7 Professional 64 bit 8 gb ram, intel i7 3.40 ghz 3.70 quad core, ati radeon 6870 1gb, 1 tb hard disc and a gigabyte gaz68d3b3 motherboard. I wrote to Xfire, Overclockers and Techforum but got just one response which had nothing to do with the problem... This is my last resort. Peace from Austria... Xfire Exception Log.txt
