Commands on the server

I have lvl 14 and the command !ban is not available on the server to me, in the former administration, i had also commands !shuffle and !rename available and now I do not have.

!ban command is available to level 14s - just checked with another level 14 in-game.

As for the other commands, only available to level 15 (shuffle) and 16 (rename) and this is how it's supposed to be.
